Terms of Service

1. Identification & Personal Appearance

• Physical Presence: All document signers must be physically present before the notary at the time of the appointment.
• Valid Identification: Signers must present a valid, current government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms include a Driver’s License, Passport, or Military ID.
• Competence: Signers must be coherent, alert, and acting of their own free will. We reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.

2. Fees and Travel Policies

Notarial Fees: In accordance with Georgia law, fees are $2.00 per notarial act (signature).

Travel & Convenience Fees: As a mobile service, we charge a separate fee for travel and convenience. This fee must be agreed upon in advance and is earned once the notary begins travel to your location.

Cancellation Policy: Travel fees are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled after travel has commenced or if the notarization cannot be completed due to missing identification or a non-compliant signer.

3. Right to Refuse Service

A Georgia Notary may refuse to perform a notarial act if they suspect a transaction is illegal, false, or deceptive, or if a signer appears to be coerced.

4. Limitation of Liability

Topsight Solutions LLC is responsible only for the proper execution of the notarial act itself. We are not responsible for the contents, legal effectiveness, or the intended outcome of any document we notarize.
